When using column and row group on table headers, if there is no data in the table the error "Uncaught TypeError: Object # has no method 'replace'" is thrown.
I understand that table body rows and columns cannot have a row or column span, but if DataTables supports row and column grouping in the table header, then an empty table or zero records message should be supported.
