Column Width - too wide for fixed area

I've got three columns in my table and it works fine until I place links within the tags. For some reason it adds extra space in the 3rd spot on the row. Same thing with images placed in there. Instead of all this extra space creating a new line it continues past the boundaries of my fixed width and makes the whole table width get longer and longer. What do I do to get the table to stop doing this? Here is my HTML.
