Fixed/freezed columns hiding the headers() of data table

Fixed columns hiding the headers(<th>) of the data table. I have used text boxes for filtering of columns. So when I freeze first column it is hiding the text box present in header of the first column and the first cell data is moving up to the header part and the similar way each cell is shifted to 1 cell up for the freezer column.
Even the horizontal scroll bar is getting locked. Plz help to fix this issue.
