How can I SET Ajax params for instantiated Tbl? (DT ver 1.10)

Hello everyone!

I use DT ver 1.10 and it's not clear how can I set different ajax params when i have already instantiated table?

According to Reference section (API), there is several method to get different data that was sent through ajax, but is it possible to only change params var in ajax (with same url and others settings) and than just "reload" the ajax call ( ajax.reload() ) ?
