When displaying a table with many columns, even if I have set [scrollX : true], many of them are "wrapped" under a '+' button.
The are not visible when scrolling! I don't understand why and I haven't seen any way to disable this feature!

Per the forum rules, please link to a test case showing the issue.
It sounds like you are using Responsive. The whole point of Responsive is that will hide the columns that would trigger scrolling. You need to decide if you want that behaviour or scrolling. They are mutually exclusive.
