Responsive 2.1.0: Bootstrap modal no longer has a Close button

Hi there,

In Responsive 2.0.2, if you launched a Bootstrap modal, it had a Close button in the corner, but in 2.1.0 this is no longer the case. Is this a bug, or is there a parameter for enabling the Close button that I'm not seeing?

I notice, from the Example pages, that the Bootstrap 4 and Semantic UI examples also don't have Close buttons, but the other three modal examples (default, Foundation, and jQueryUI) do.

For now I'll just revert to 2.0.2, but let me know if I can put a close button in my modal in 2.1.0. Thanks!

Here is an example showing the issue.

This is indeed a bug - thanks for letting me know about it. I'll post back here when I've committed a fix.

Fix committed. The nightly built will rebuild with the change in about 5 minutes.

With the next release of Responsive. I'm not yet sure when that will be yet I'm afraid - I'm running a little behind schedule with a few things!
