Auto hide columns responsive solution

Hi,

I am using the responsive design for my editor datatables, however i can not figure out how can i display my table with some columns auto hiding. Example: i have 8 columns 2 of which i need them to be under the "+" symbol and displayed with flow of the table.. How can i achieve this?

And the responsive default does not occur when i view the table...... instead it expands the table width out of display area.

I have the same problem. the documentation is not clear or missing information about how to initialize the table correctly I think
