Datatable Export Issue with Individual column searching (select inputs)

I am using Individual column searching (select inputs) in my data table, you can see the screenshot attached, but whenever i export the data thorugh pdf , in the header all the dropdown items are getting exported , can anyone please provide me the solution to solve this.

I tried it here, and it seems to be working as you'd expected.
