After using scroller.measure(false) recalc info?

Is there a method to recalc the information in the bottom page information display after using scroller.measure(false) ? I don't want to redraw the entire table, simply want to refresh the information of the displayed page after it is remeasured. Currently it does not update until you scroll the page. Thanks
