how to make disable/enable specific cell from any row or column in datatable.editor.js

I have a table where specific cell from any row or column has to disabled or enabled.
I have seen many example on Google but everywhere it is make editable or non editable to entire column.
But I need it for specific cell.

Is it possible to achieve.

Is this with inline editing or when you open the edit form?
