How to load over 17k records in no time?

Hello,
I have a report for work that I'm working on. I intended to use DataTables to load the page so I could execute**** that data as Excel, CSV, and or PDF files instead of using Apache POI.

The date I'm loading sometimes exceeds 17k records, and it takes the DataTables to load it more than 40 seconds which is good.

Can you please help me with this and give me the best solution for this since I want it to use it for all of my upcoming tasks.
