Header checkbox select All 3000 plus rows in datatable page stuck

Hello i have a jquery datatable it's have 3000 plus rows, the first column of the datatable consist of checkbox and also header checkbox to select all rows and there is no pagination on table all rows showing in the table. Problem is when checked on select all checkbox on header so datable is stuck page is unresponsive what should i do to fix this issue please help me

How are you selecting the checkboxes? Are you using the Select Extension, the Gyrocode checkboxes plugin, your own code?

Please post a link to your page or a test case so we can take a look. At minimum please post the code you are using to select all checkboxes.
