Yep, we haven't completed the BS5 intetegration yet, it's ongoing but should be finished in the next week.

also in download of https://datatables.net/download/index is missing Bootstrap 5, because i am using it already from https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap5.html, but will fine if will there also
Yep, previously it was released in drips and drabs, but we're actively working on it now. We've added it to the majority of the extensions this week, Editor is one of the few remaining. Once released, in the next week or so, all the download options will support it.
