Custom colors scrollbar vertical and orizontal

Hi everyone,
My requirement is to have the <thead> header in a fixed position, I have followed numerous posts on this forum and have come to this conclusion:

At this point I have to color both scroll bars, horizontal + vertical, I have done numerous tests using also plugins like Scroll.js but I had to stop, something I got but visually unacceptable.

is help possible? A thousand thanks!

That's not something specific to DataTables, that's more of a general CSS issue. This SO thread may help, it's discussing the same thing,
