Searchpane auto generated seperated panes with comma duplication?

Description of problem:

I am trying to filter data from left to right "Year\Make\Model" but there are two main problems in the test case :

1 - There are duplicate years Make entries
2 - the sequence filtering is not accurate "If you filter specific car Make the result is not correct".

for example selecting Year 2015 \ Kia should only leave Optima in the "Model" pane.

any help is much appreciated.
