Description of problem:
When I use the latest buttons library 3.0.0 I cannot get exportOptions / format / header config to run. I expect each header field to be exchanged with "foo". With buttons 2.4.2 it is working fine. So far, with 2.4.2, I could change the exported headers (e.g. exclude HTML tags), but this does not work anymore with 3.0.0. Strangely it does seem to work for the body (with the exportOptions / format / body). Did something change in how to config the exportOptions in buttons 3.0.0?
