Form ADD in the second table [jeditable]

hello, i have a table and with the function fnOpen opens a second table jeditable, it's creates (new tr with the new table and the new Add form), when i close the second table with the function fnClose the function delete only second table and his "tr" but not delete the Add Form,

when i re-open the second table, it creates again the new table e the new Add Form(it not delete before then i have two Add Form and i created conflict)
