Is possible to not include columns that are hidden through Show/Hide on the exported file??

I presume you are referring to TableTools? Use the mColumns option: http://datatables.net/extras/tabletools/button_options#mColumns

Sorry if i did not make it clear.. Yes i'm referring to TableTools, i already used mColumns, but is it possible for the users to have an option on what columns to include.... Like those columns that are hidden by ColVis are not included in the exported file,

It should be simply a case of changing the mColumns option based on the user input. There isn't an API for that, but you can setup an object that configures TableTools, assigned to a variable, and then change the mColumns option as needed, by whatever input you use to allow the user to pick what columns they want.
