Description of problem: Is it possible to keep input box open always so that user will not have to double click (one outside cell to submit edited value) on table cell to edit value and submit while doing inline edit?

No sorry. That is not a feature that is available in Editor at this time.
The closest we have is this where you can start typing after a single click.
