SearchBuilder stop working when above steps to be performed.( mentioned in uploaded video).

Thanks for pointing this out. I can see the issue on the site too. However, when using the nightly builds this appears to have been fixed. Take a look at this example.
We are aiming to release SearchBuilder within the next few weeks. Until then you can access the fix from the nightly builds.
