We made a purchase with the user devrimdigilera , but we cannot use it. Can you check our licenses

Thank you for the purchase, our records do indicate that so it's all good there. Have you downloaded the files again - this needs to happen to replace the trial files? As it says on the purchase page, "You will be able to download the fully licensed Editor software from the download page. Only two files need to be updated from the trial, so if you have been using the trial to start your development you'll be able to continue with that work immediately."
