Sorting using numeric-fmt does not work

Hi, I'm using Datatables 1.10 and I tried to use the option "numeric-fmt" for columns.type, which according to the documentation will cause the datatable to sort the column numerically. However, it does not appear to be working, it seems to be sorting the data as if it was a String.

Here's a simple example to demonstrate the bug.

Even if I remove the decimal, it still does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.
