i gues option https://datatables.net/reference/option/info must be sended to serverside to prevent count queries

The parameters submitted are documented here. Regardless of the info option the count queries are still required, otherwise paging simply wouldn't work.

I guess you could possibly avoid the unfiltered query if you don't need the table info element since only the filtered count is needed for paging.
