Searching different quote types (' and ’) to return same results

For example, when searching for "claimant's report" <or> "claimant’s report" the returned results are different.
although this may be intended for some people. It would be nice to have the option to have
' and ’ equal the same in the returned results...
Depending on keyboard layout.. the French apostrophe and English apostrophe aren't the same. It makes finding some documents difficult for some users.

Good point. Its possible to use a plug-in for this sort of thing although it will only operate in one direction (e.g. you could allow them to search for ' or ’, but not either).

That would require some more work. I've taken a note of it for future work though as I think that would be a really nice feature.
