Changing table format to 2 columns 5 Rows

I need the table to change when the webpage shrinks below a certain resolution because the table doesnt shrink with the page so you cant see the whole table on mobile device in portrait mode.

The way I have it now, my table is 2 rows with 4 columns and sometimes 5

I need it to change to 2 columns with 4 or 5 rows.

Anyone got any ideas?

i only need it to be one column 5 rows....i did made the table td display = "block" and that works at stacking the td's...but it doesnt work in IE and i don't know what other browsers are gonna have trouble with it

you guys have any ideas on how to make it one column 5 rows
