Support for DataTables is provided through the forums - please post your question there. Although the DataTables community is great at answering questions, you can donate to DataTables using this page to ensure you get an answer.

How to request DataTables support
  1. Post your question in the forums
  2. Identify your thread's ID (next to the subject line in the thread)
  3. Fill in the form below

The way paid support works is that you decide how much the answer to the question is worth to you, and then enter this below (for example if you have a high priority or complex question then a donation of $50 might be appropriate, for a low priority or simple question $20 might be). Once you have completed this, the thread will show up as red in my forum session (this will not be publicly visible) so I know which threads to prioritise.

How long will it take to get a reply?
  • The average time before I can reply to your question is 1 hours 39 minutes.
  • This average time has been calculated over the last two months from the time when the support request was made to the time of reply, and is recalculated based on current data every 15 minutes.
  • Please note that I am in the GMT/BST time zone - response times will vary by the time of day!
  • I will try to answer questions as quickly as possible, but obviously there will be times when I am unable to give a prompt answer - please allow up-to 24 hours during the week and 48 hours at weekends.
